Returns
- We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in new, unused condition
- All original packaging, accessories, and tags must be included
- Items returned that are used, damaged, or missing components may not be eligible for a full refund
Exchanges
- Need a different size, style, or product? We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items in new and unused condition.
- Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item and confirm it meets our return standards.
Return Method & Fees
- Return Method: All returns and exchanges are processed by mail
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost
- Restocking Fees: None — we do not charge restocking fees
To begin a return or exchange:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed
Order Cancellations
- If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
- After 24 hours, we may not be able to cancel your order if it has already been processed or shipped.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged items not due to manufacturer defects
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
- Items without original packaging or documentation
